What is your turn around time?

Our turn around time for embroidery and screenprinting is approximately 2 weeks. For promotional products the turn around time varies with each item. Please allow 4-6 weeks for all orders of promotional products.

Do you offer a rush service?

A rush charge of 30% will be added to any embroidery or screen printing order needed in less than 2 weeks. Promotional products may have additional charges.

What are your set up charges?

It costs $75 to digitize your left chest logo for embroidery; $15 per color to set up your screens for screenprinting. These are one-time only charges that will not affect your future orders. Set up for promotional products vary depending on type of set up.

What kind of artwork should I provide for my logo?

Please save your camera-ready art as an .EPS, .AI, .CDR,. TIFF (one color only), or .PSD document. All other formats may require additional art charges and may delay production. Please ensure that all colors are either spot or process depending on your job needs. Also, remember to convert all text to outline or curves. Please provide vector files whenever possible. A hard copy of the art is always required.

What is an art charge?

If our artists have to recreate your logo, an art charge of $45/hour will apply. Please provide us with artwork in the file it was created in for us to evaluate an accurate art charge.

What is the cost to create a logo?

Our in house artists have the ability to create your logo based on your business needs. We can schedule a sit down appointment and arrange for you to see 3 concepts with 3 revisions for $250.00. This price includes a 50% discount on your screenprinting or embroidery set up.

Will I see a proof of my artwork before production?

We will provide a paper proof and require written approval before we begin production on all orders.

Do you have minimum orders?

Embroidery has no minimum.
Screenprinting jobs have minimums depending on how many colors are in your logo.

Promotional products also have minimums depending on the product.

Do you offer quantity price breaks?

Our price breaks vary depending on service. Embroidery price breaks are at quantities of 1, 25, 51, 101, 201, and 300.
Screen printing price breaks are at quantities of 25, 50, 100, and 300.
Minimums on promotional products vary depending on product.

Do you decorate provided garments?

Yes. We can embroider on most garments. Please bring in your garment and allow us to handle it to make sure that we can hoop the garment. We prefer not to screen print on provided items, but each circumstance is different. If you have any questions it's best to bring in your garments.

What is your payment policy?

If your order is under $100 we expect full payment when you place the order. If your order is more than $100 we will need a 50% deposit before production of your order.

Can you ship my order to me?

All shipping costs are approximate. We will do our best to provide you with an accurate shipping cost, and any amount due after shipment will be billed to you.

What is your return policy?

All orders are custom made and cannot be returned. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any order that is cancelled prior to production.
